For over 30 years we have traveled into the remotest areas of Alaska
for a variety of reasons, including just to see what was over the
horizon. Our wanderings have acquainted us with first hand knowledge
and experience of some of the best fishing locations in the state.
A significant number of these fishing prospects are on rivers and
streams you'll never read about. Each year we search and test additional
remote streams to continually revitalize our program. We've only
scratched the surface on Alaska's more than 3,000 rivers, but this
continual effort to improve our trips reflects in Alaska Adventures
fishing success.
All trips are
designed to coincide with peak fishing times. Our flexibility to
select specific fishing streams, and access unfished areas, gives
us the ability to adjust to changing conditions. Float trips allow
us to intercept migrating fish movements and locate fish concentrations
all along the course of our journey. It also gives us options to
selectively target particular species at various times throughout
a trip.
Every trip
is guided by an immediate member of our family. We'll get to know
you personally and insure that your visit receives our full personal
attention and effort to make your trip with us an enjoyable one.
As full-time Alaskans we bring life-long wilderness experiences
with us on every trip. Our working knowledge of Alaska's wildlife
and fish habits, flora, along with appropriate safety concerns,
broadens the scope of our trips. You'll experience and intimate
affair with Alaska.
"We
must have caught an average of 60 to 100 fish a day - as the
one day I counted, I caught 80! …I caught more fish on this
float trip than most ardent fishermen catch in a lifetime."
